The Waterslag project (ECSWA) is being elaborated by the joint efforts of Incodelta (located in the southern Netherlands), the two Flemish waterway management organisations Waterwegen en Zeekanaal NV and De Scheepvaart NV, and several private-sector partners in Flanders and the Netherlands. The project coordinator is Buck Consultants International. Financial support for the project is provided by Interreg IIIB North-West Europe.
